I recently came across a series on video tutorials in the power-management space. They're from Power Integrations, but they seem to be more educational than salesy. Power Integrations calls them AppsTV. They cover things like bringing up a power supply for the first time; remote powering; measuring efficiency; etc. I suggest you check them out.
