NI's acquisition of AWR completed
National Instruments Inc's perchase of AWR Corp. has now been completed. As previously announced, AWR will continue to operate as a wholly owned NI subsidiary under the leadership of the existing management team.
Dane Collins, CEO of AWR said "Now we are ready to take advantage of the synergies between AWR’s design validation software and NI’s test and measurement product portfolio to further increase customer productivity and satisfaction.”
