Voltage detector is stable operator

Useful for automotive and industrial applications, the R3152 window voltage detector from Ricoh comprises two voltage detectors with accurate hysteresis that make the device less sensitive to supply voltage noise. The part operates from a supply voltage of up to 42 V and performs window, overvoltage, and undervoltage detection, providing a reset signal when the supply voltage exceeds a specified threshold.

In addition to two voltage detectors, the R3152 integrates a built-in voltage regulator that stabilizes the fluctuation of a car battery, even during cranking. Voltage detection accuracy is to within ±0.5% at 25°C and from -1.25% to +0.75% from -40°C to +125°C. Detection release hysteresis is 1.0% typical and 1.5% maximum from -40°C to +125°C.

The R3152 functions independent of the power source of the host processor, enabling more secure supervision and guaranteeing a proper reset signal.
