MEMORY: Automotive SDRAM withstands temperatures to 105-degrees C

San Jose, Calif.—Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. has expanded temperature range support in its automotive SDRAM line to include -40°C to +105°C devices.

The product family covers densities from 16-Mbit to 512-Mbit and supports both -40° to +85°C (A1 grade) and -40°C to +105°C (A2 grade) temperature ranges. The product line includes full automotive product quality support with complete automotive Production Product Approval Process documentation (PPAP) and AEC Q100 Stress Qualification for ICs.

A wide range of mobile SDRAM features are supported, including low operating and standby current, partial array self refresh (PASR), temperature compensated self refresh (TCSR), deep power down, and driver strength selection. Voltage options offered include 1.8V and 3.3V Vcc and Vccq devices. The automotive SDRAMs are available in TSOP and BGA packages in both standard and lead-free.
