The BP-1600 device programmer supports over 15,800 devices, including EPROMs, EEPROMs, flash, microcontrollers, PLDs, CPLDs, FPGAs, and antifuse FPGAs. It comes standard with 240-pin drivers for continuity and functional testing. The same algorithms run on the company's production programmers, which helps to facilitate the transition from prototype to production. Over 275 socket modules are available to program every package from chip scale packages to quad flat pack.
