Bluetooth chip and kit

Embedded Systems Design
The TC2000 chip integrates RF, analog, radio, memory, and digital circuitry on a single chip. It is compliant with the Bluetooth v. 1.1 specification. Along with built-in self-test routines, the baseband supports point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, up to seven slaves per piconet, up to four piconets for scatternet operation, master/slave switch, full Bluetooth data rates, and up to 128-bit encryption. The TC2000 radio has an integrated RF interface that connects to the antenna via a single-pin interface, enabling customers to mount the TC2000 like a regular component. It provides up to 4dBm transmit power for class two and three operation. The CPU section of the TC2000 is based on an ARM7TDMI and is supported with 64KB of on-chip RAM. The TC2000 Development kit is available now for $8,000. The chips are sampling now.
