The pT-110Mx is a microprocessor core designed specifically for advanced consumer devices running operating systems that include Linux, Windows CE, Palm OS, and Symbian. It's a member of the pT-110 family and has a 32-bit synthesizable core with virtual memory capabilities. Features include a 32-bit RISC architecture; a five-stage core pipeline; 400MHz performance (typical); 75,000 to 145,000 gates; low power consumption; 0.13m process; separate 16- or 32-entry instruction and data MMU for virtual to physical translation; and an in-circuit emulator based on JTAG. The pT-100Mx core is available for licensing immediately.
