The Integrity 4.0 real-time operating system features a new system resource analysis tool, an enhanced event analyzer for real-time trace, a new project configuration tool, and extended I/O device and networking support. The resource analysis tool provides visibility into applications and the kernel as they execute on the target system. It displays CPU execution at the task and address space level, stack usage for tasks, and memory use for address spaces. The resource analyzer displays this information for a given point in time or as a line graph. The event analyzer enables programmers to log and monitor system and application events in real time without disrupting program execution.
Integrity 4.0 supports PowerPC, ARM, MIPS, and Xscale processors. It features memory protection, guaranteed resource availability, and sub-200ns interrupt response, as well as sub-microsecond context switching (on a 233MHz processor). It provides a high-availability API; multi-chassis, multi-tasking, and multi-processor debugging; and kernel awareness. Using a processor's memory management facilities, Integrity builds a firewall between the kernel and user tasks. It also runs with interrupts continuously enabled while providing access to the CPU and memory for critical tasks. Integrity 4.0 is available now for $15,000.
