Programmable analog array features six outputs

Embedded.com
The AN221E04 is the second generation in the Anadigmvortex family of dynamically reconfigurable field-programmable analog arrays (FPAAs). The I/O structure enables the FPAA to be programmed with up to six outputs. Four configurable I/O cells and two dedicated output cells means the FPAA processes I/O-intensive applications through multiple channels of analog signals. The FPAA is intended for use in analog applications such as signal conditioning, filtering, data acquisition, and closed-loop control; it's the analog equivalent of an FPGA. An 8-bit analog-to-digital converter, which can route digital output of the A/D converter off-chip, can be implemented. The FPAA is available now as an evaluation kit with development board and software for $499.
