LONDON Abacus Group has been become a Europe wide distributor for Microsoft Retail Management System, (RMS) for independent and mid-market retailers.
The Abacus Group (Newbury, England) already supports Microsoft’s Windows Embedded Operating Systems throughout Europe, to customers in the retail and other industries. Paul White, Director, Dynamics Product Group, Microsoft said, “Abacus Group has the logistical and geographical scale to enable our channel throughout Europe to operate more effectively, as well as an established and successful business relationship with Microsoft.”

Microsoft RMS is a management solution designed for independent and mid-market retailers enabling them to track inventory and track costs more efficiently; combined with excellent Microsoft solution partners RMS can also be tailored to the individual needs of retailers from fashion, footwear, convenience, DIY, Garden Centres, jewellers, etc.
RMS can integrate with the Microsoft Dynamics range of ERP solutions such as Axapta, Great Plains, Navision or 3rd party financial solutions to provide retailers with greater business visibility in all operational areas, including Point of Sale (PoS), inventory management, pricing and promotions support and reporting and analysis.
