The technologies of Apacer’s military-grade ruggedized SSDs are as follows: (1) Thermal Throttling: This is for monitoring the temperature of the SSD. When continuously executing intensive reading and writing, the temperature of the SSD rises, which could lead to or increase the risk of device malfunction or damage. To prevent the system from overheating and sustaining damage, Apacer’s SSDs are equipped with Thermal Throttling technology for temperature control, reducing operating speeds during high temperature to prevent hardware damage. (2) Underfill: This strengthens the soldering points of BGA packages, enhances anti-vibration properties, and reduces damage from thermal stress. It not only effectively reinforces anti-vibration and anti-thermal impact properties but also prolongs product life. (3) Conformal coating/ IP57 nano-coating: This provides anti-pollution and water-proof functions.
