ARC is offering class and device drivers for its HiSpeed USB On-The-Go (OTG) applications. Complimenting the company's existing USB OTG software stack, the drivers account for the six primary USB classes: mass storage, printers, human interface devices, hubs, audio, and communications. The drivers can also be used as a starting point for customizing your own device drivers.
USB on the go is a version of the USB standard which lets two devices can communicate with one another acting interchangeably as host and peripheral.
Drivers for the ARCtangent microprocessors are provided in native code. Drivers for other processor architectures are provided as source code.
The class drivers are available now starting at $15,000.
