LONDON Artesyn Technologies has signed an agreement which will enable Arrow will distribute the company's power conversion products in northern Europe.
Arrow will now stock and support Artesyn's range of AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, the UK and the Republic of Ireland, and the Baltic States.
Jim O'Sullivan, Artesyn's vice-president worldwide distribution sales, said, “The agreement with Arrow is in line with our strategy to significantly grow sales across northern Europe, and follows on from highly successful relationships that our two companies have created in other parts of the world.”
Chris McAneny, northern European marketing director for Arrow, adds: “Arrow has positioned itself as northern Europe's pre-eminent provider of powersupplies. This agreement consolidates our position by further extending thechoice of power conversion solutions we can offer to customers in theregion.”
The Artesyn power conversion product range covers both AC/DC and DC/DC market sectors with products spanning the 1W to 6kW power range. Artesyn products now available from Arrow include high power density isolated DC/DC converters, Point of Load (PoL) converters for high-end processors and DSPs, and AC/DC front-end power supplies.
