Achim Nohl

Achim Nohl is a solution architect for virtual prototyping at Synopsys. Achim is focusing on enabling embedded software development using virtual prototypes and drives the evolution of our tools to meet the continuously evolving needs of software engineers. He actively presents at major conferences, is the author of numerous technical articles, conference papers and owns the Virtual Prototyping Tales blog. Achim has joined Synopsys through the acquisition of CoWare Inc. where he has been a Principal Specialist for virtual prototyping and processor design. Achim is one of the key inventors and technical founder of LISATek which specialized in the automation of embedded processor design. Achim holds a diploma degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute for Integrated Signal Processing Systems at the Aachen University of Technology, Germany
