Amy Norcross earned a dual degree in magazine journalism and psychology from Syracuse University. She dabbled in several areas of publishing, including circulation, design, and production, before finding a comfortable fit in editorial. Norcross spent several years as managing editor at Microwave Journal and as a senior editor at research company IDC before joining EDN in 2008 as managing editor.
