Test & Measurement World (T&MW) 's Best in Test Awards for 2013 were announced on Tuesday, January 29th at DesignCon in Santa Clara, CA. Each year T&MW honors important and innovative products and services in the electronics test and measurement industry. This year, T&MW Editor-in-Chief Janine Love and Brand Director Patrick Mannion gave awards to:

How the awards work
Companies nominate their own products for consideration. All products, except those in Test of Time category, have to have been introduced between November 1, 2011, and October 26, 2012. Out of all nominated products, T&MW editors select the finalists and put those up in front of readers for a vote online. For more information, see Janine Love's article on T&MW.
