LONDON Celoxica has appointed Ian Yeoman to its board as a non-executive director and he will chair the company's Audit Committee. Yeoman has 28 years of international business, finance and technology experience in a range of companies spanning the aerospace, defence, chemicals and electronics industries.
Celoxica Holdings was admiited to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange on 27 October.
Yoeman was a founding member of the management buy-out team who took over Ultra Electronics from TI Group. In his time as Finance Director of Ultra, the business grew from its U.K. base to having multi-national operations, a trebling of turnover and a successful floatation on the London Stock Exchange. Yeoman has also held senior executive roles with Tioxide International, Plessey Defence Systems and Dowty Group plc.
