LONDON RadioScape has appointed Clere Electronic Components as its U.K. distributor to supply the range of modules for Digital Audio Broadcast (DAB) and FM, including the latest addition, the RS500, that can also handle Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM).
Clere is based in Newbury and is a specialist technical distributor which has over 25 years history dealing with U.K. and European audio manufacturers.
Kevin Parslow, RadioScape’s VP of Sales and Marketing, said, “Clere is the ideal choice of distributor for our products. The company is technically focused and specialises in supplying components to high end hi-fi manufacturers who may want samples and small volumes for limited production runs. The U.K. has a number of these specialist hi-fi manufacturers who now want to avail themselves of the ease of implementation of our software-based modules.”
Paul Bundy, Clere’s Marketing Director, added, “RadioScape’s modules are already used by many of the leading volume manufacturers of digital radios. Reviewers of these often comment on the quality of not only the DAB but also of the FM reception and so we are confident that the modules will meet the discerning standards of the specialist hi-fi manufacturers.”
