LONDON Warren East, CEO of ARM Holdings plc, has been appointed as a non-executive director at Cambridge based internet radio specialist, Reciva Ltd.
East (left)has assisted with the strategic development of the company since joining Reciva’s Advisory Panel in July 2005 and joins the board following the launch of the Reciva powered Acoustic Energy Wi-Fi Internet radio and digital media player in December 2005.
The Reciva Digital Media Player and Internet Radio module technology uses ARM processor technology.
Giles Hutchison, CEO at Reciva, sai, “Warren has consistently shown his commitment to us and I am delighted he has increased his involvement with the company by joining the board. I believe that Warren will make a significant contribution to Reciva’s development of worldwide Internet Radio technology.”
Reciva Limited was founded in 2002 with the objective of designing and building internet radio modules for use with broadband applications.
