LONDON The Arrow Embedded Solutions channel is giving visitors to this year's ESC event in Farnborough the opportunity to attend workshops where they can develop their own embedded platforms.
Registrations for two workshops which will take place at the Arrow Embedded Pavilion on Thur 8 October and now open.
Each workshop provides a 'hands-on' training opportunity to build an embedded solution using the Windows Embedded Standard operating system, an Intel Atom platform and hardware from embedded computer product specialist Advantech.
The delegate price for each session includes the cost of the development kit that can be configured on the day with an opportunity for further evaluation and testing.
In addition to the workshops, visitors to the Arrow Embedded Pavilion will be able to see the full range of technologies available from Arrow Embedded Solutions.
As well as embedded hardware from Intel and Advantech and embedded operating systems from Microsoft, these include displays from Hitachi and Toshiba; power supply solutions from Emerson Network Power; and embedded devices from Freescale Semiconductor.
