EMC testing specialist, ETS-Lindgren (Cedar Park, Texas), has acquired EElektronische Meßgeräte Vertriebs GmbH together with its subsidiary EMSCREEN Electromagnetic Screening GmbH, which are collectively known as EMV.
EMV is located in Taufkirchen, near Munich in Germany and is a supplier of EMC and RF measurement systems, including the design and installation of architectural RF shielded facilities.

The addition of EMV in Germany adds to the expanding European presence of ETS-Lindgren which currently has offices in Finland, UK and France.
ETS-Lindgren manufactures components and systems that measure, shield, and control electromagnetic and acoustic energy. The company's products are used for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), microwave and wireless testing, electromagnetic field (EMF) measurement, radio frequency (RF) personal safety monitoring, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and control of acoustic environments.
It has manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe and Asia and is a wholly owned subsidiary of ESCO Technologies (St. Louis, Missouri) a supplier of engineered products which is listed on the New York Stock
