Flash Micros target auto reliability
The M32179 Group of RISC microprocessors are designed for use in automobile and motorcycle engine control, AT control, and safe-running control. Members feature up to 512KB of flash with a write time of approximately seven seconds. The M32179 Group is pin-compatible with M32171 Group products. The chips also feature single power-supply operation and a (typical) low current dissipation of 65mA. An on-chip voltage down converter offers 3.3V or 5.0V operation.
The chips also feature two CAN interface channels and four serial interface channels. A/D functionality includes high-speed sampling, a sample-and-hold function, and a disconnection-detection assist function. Xin oscillation stoppage detection is also provided.
The M32179 microprocessors are available now.
