Fujitsu rolls tool for modeling interactive content

PARIS — Fujitsu Microelectronics America, Inc. has unveiled AutoGraFX SceneCreator, a design tool aimed at creating user interfaces for applications with graphical and interactive content.

Fujitsu Microelectronics explained that the tool flow produces optimized graphics files so that users can visualize artwork on a target screen. Also, it is claimed to enable engineers to display final artwork before designing or implementing software, reducing designer/engineer interaction cycles and the potential for bottlenecks that slow design progress.

With SceneCreator, the company continued, users can access and utilize hardware specific features using visual objects, and animate objects to create simple effects. Popular image formats can be imported, and autocode is available to target graphics hardware.

It also provides a visual interface with intuitive workflow and a real-time review of artwork. Various import capabilities are supported including JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP and PNG, and SceneCreator is interoperable with other AutoGraFX applications.

Prices for Fujitsu Microelectronics' SceneCreator start at $2,000.00.
