Green Hills adds DaVinci support
Santa Barbara, CA — Green Hills Software now supports the Texas Instruments (TI) DM355 DaVinci digital media processor. The Green Hills solution for the DM355 consists of:
- The μ-velOSity, velocity, and INTEGRITY royalty-free operating systems
- Compilers that claim 15% better code performance and density than ARM compilers
- DoubleCheck static code analyzer
- TimeMachine debugger, which enables forward-and-reverse code execution
- A fast simulator
The Green Hills tools are notable for their OS-aware development and debugging. The tools have built-in support for Green Hill's OSs, as well as for Linux. Green Hills also provides extensive multi-core development support, which is valuable for TI's DSP+ARM DaVinci processors.
Green Hills Software's family of operating systems, optimizing C/C++ compilers, advanced debugger, MULTI IDE, and DoubleCheck are available today for DM355.
