Hooked Media Player targets embedded designs
Los Altos Hills, CAHooked Wireless Inc. has announced its Hooked Media Player for embedded applications, which decodes and displays popular animation files on hand-held and other devices, taking advantage of hardware acceleration where available.
The player supports accelerated Flash® and SVG-T. It was specifically designed to free developers from low-level coding and to enable creative applications.
It is available on numerous platforms including Linux, Windows®, Windows® Mobile and Symbian, with or without hardware acceleration.
