The latest release of the SelfReliant carrier-grade, application-ready, high availability software platform, version 4.0, offers pre-integration with popular hardware and software components used in embedded applications and improved management capabilities. Developed by GoAhead Software, this release lets equipment makers lower their development costs and accelerate their time to market. SelfReliant 4.0 provides a foundation to implement the Software Availability Forum (SA Forum) APIs (the first version of GoAhead's AIS compliant suite, which will also support HPI A & B specifications, will be available later this summer).
SelfReliant 4.0 reduces the amount of work on the customer's part to operate in a plug-and-play environment with open standards hardware, operating systems, and middleware. It supports leading Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture (ATCA) platforms including Intel's NetStructure Chassis, Kontron's VHDS, Motorola's EndurX platform, Radisys' Promentum, HP's Advanced Open Telecom Platform, and PICMG 2.16 and PCI platforms. The solution is immediately available. Pricing is the same as previous releases. For more information, visit www.goahead.com.
