LONDON A Nokia veteran and former president of Vertu, Nigel Litchfield, has been appointed chairman of Antenova.
He replaces Dr Peter Radley will maintain a strong involvement with Antenova through his seat on its science & technology advisory board.
Litchfield, said, “With shrinking margins and development times, there is a rapidly growing demand for modular RF solutions to make integration easier, quicker and less costly for mobile handsets and laptop computers. Antenova has developed the RADIONOVA range of integrated radio antenna modules to meet this market need and are well position to become a dominant player. I look forward to working with the team, bringing my management and market development experience to help Antenova to the next phase of growth.”
With more than 14 years of executive and product management experience within Nokia Mobile Phones, Litchfield most recently served as president of Vertu, the wholly owned luxury mobile phone subsidiary of Nokia. He was previously senior VP global product marketing, managing director Nokia Mobile Phones UK and he was a member of the Nokia Mobile Phones Board for over 10 years
Antenova is a developer and supplier of High Dielectric Antenna (HDA) technology and integrated radio antenna products.
