Tetbury, UK Proqual founders, Alun Williams and Falah Kizwini are stepping back to take non-executive roles as part of an extensive restructuring and re-focusing at the company, which is celebrating 30 years as a contract electronics manufacturer (CEM).
Business Development Director, Mike Nolan, has been brought on board to spearhead a three-year business development plan which will see turnover more than double to £5m per annum. He was most recently a sales and marketing executive at Axiom Manufacturing Services.
Other senior managers are John Evans, Director/General Manager, Bill Boyer, who has joined the board as Financial Director while Alun Williams' sons John (Production) and David (IT & Systems) have been appointed Directors of the company. Melanie Evans has been appointed to manage customer quotations.
