Nominate the industry’s best companies, individuals, and products

Your innovations create a world of advancements from life-improving and -saving medical devices, to connections through IoT, wearables and mobile devices, efficient tech that takes a green stance, cars that will soon drive themselves, and so much more all through intelligent product designs and visionary thinking. That's something to celebrate.

EDN and EE Times have opened the call for entries into the ACE (Annual Creativity in Electronics) Awards, where we will showcase the best of the best in today's electronics industry, including the hottest new products, start-up companies, design teams, and executives.

Nominations can be made here and are being accepted through May 15, 2015. A list of categories accepting nominations can be found below.

In addition to the below, ACE will recognize the Jim Williams Contributor of the Year, awarded to an engineer who has made substantial contributions to the advancement of knowledge in the field of engineering and design, and the Lifetime Achievement Award, going to an individual whose contributions over a long career in electronics have had a demonstrable impact on technological, business, and cultural advancements worldwide.

All of the editors across EDN and EE Times, as well as our editors at sister media brands Embedded.com and EBN, will judge the awards. We also invite a host of industry pundits to sit on the judges panel each year. Finalists will be announced June 10.

Be sure to get your nominations in by May 15, and join us at the ACE Awards during the Embedded Systems Conference (ESC) Silicon Valley, as we celebrate the promise of new talent and innovation and pay tribute to the achievements of top industry veterans. Winners will be announced at a cocktail reception taking place on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at the Santa Clara Convention Center during ESC Silicon Valley.
