TOWCESTER, England — Radstone Technology, a supplier of rugged embedded computer products for defense and aerospace applications has moved into a new headquarters building at Tove Valley Business Park, Towcester in Northamptonshire.

The new £10.5million building, which occupies a 6 acre site, includes 35,000 sq ft of office and laboratory accommodation over three floors and a 40,000 sq ft manufacturing facility. Work started on site in August 2003 and the development has been completed on schedule and within budget.

Beyond that, it will give us the kind of working environment which will allow us to accelerate the development of the market-leading products that have characterized and driven our success so far.”

Approximately 225 employees will be based at Tove Valley, including the core of the Group's engineering and technology workforce.

The Radstone Group also has a US Sales and Support Headquarters Office in Woodcliff Lake, NJ as well as core operations in Ottawa, Canada following the acquisition of Interactive Circuits and Systems (ICS) Ltd in September 2003.
