LONDON — EMC and test systems supplier, Schaffner, have appointed Anthony Wilkins as RF Systems Group Manager based at Wokingham. A Member of the Institute of Incorporated Engineers, Wilkins has worked in a variety of engineering, marketing and sales roles. He has worked in the U.K., Switzerland, Germany and Ireland,
