Small footprint RTOS supports 32-bit processors
Segger Microcontroller's embOS real-time operating system now supports Fujitsu's FR and 16LX series microprocessors. embOS is a small real-time kernel that supports a variety of standard 8-, 16-, and 32-bit CPUs and comes with a view that allows the end user to monitor and profile the system from a PC.
Fujitsu's FR series is a group of 32-bit RISC controllers that incorporate five-stage pipelining, a Harvard bus architecture, and single instruction cycle execution. The embOS RTOS with support for FR and 16LX microprocessors is available now.
