Vector reflectometer measures S11 parameters

PRODUCTRONICA, Munich – Russian-based Planar showed its CABAN R54 Vector Reflectometer designed for S11 parameter measurement. It provides magnitude and phase measurements over the frequency from 85 MHz to 5.4 GHz.

With the weight of 0.25 kg it provides the user with measurements and a variety of analysis capabilities in frequency and time domains. It measures magnitude and phase of reflection coefficient, cable loss, and DTF.

Measurement time per point 200 µs with a frequency setting resolution of 10 Hz and is powered via USB interface.

Also introduced is the OBZOR TR1300/1 2-port one-path vector network analyzer for measurement of S11 and S21 parameters. It can be used for magnitude and phase measurements over the frequency of 300 kHz to 1.3 GHz. The dynamic range of transmission measurement magnitude is 130 dB and the measurement time per point is 150 µs with an output power adjustment range of -55 dBm to +3 dBm. It enables transformation between frequency domain and time domain, mixer/ converter measurements, other analysis methods.
