Workshops aid understanding of WEEE and RoHS legislation

London, UK — Free half-day workshops designed to highlight the impact of the Waste from Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) are being held in the South East of England.

The South East Environmental Business Association (SEEBA) are organising the events during January to April in Berkshire, Hampshire, Kent, Oxfordshire and Sussex in partnership with the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA).

Each workshop runs from 4 to 7pm and attendees should discover what action they need to take to ensure compliance with the upcoming laws.

The legislation will impact all electrical and electronic manufacturers, system integrators, assemblers and importers.
